胡晔晨,博士,南京医科大学药学院副教授,江苏省“双创博士”。主持多项科研项目,发表多篇学术论文,获多篇专利授权。现任江苏省化学化工学会第十三届理事会色谱及分离科学专业委员会委员

主讲课程:《医用化学》、《基础化学B》、《化妆品中的化学》、《吃货必懂的食品化学与营养健康》、《化学之眼探寻医药奥秘》、《药学进展》等。获江苏省微课比赛三等奖、江苏省“领航杯”教师素养提升活动特等奖、南京医科大学教师创新大赛一等奖等。
