南京医科大学药学院药品监管科学与药物经济学系副教授，硕士生导师，药学院院长助理，生物医药产教融合发展办公室主任。2023年入选江苏省科协青年人才托举工程。
主要研究方向包括药事管理、医药产业政策、临床研究与转化等。主持国家自然科学基金1项（青年项目），省部级课题及横向课题二十余项，以第一作者或共同作者发表SCI及中文论文二十余篇。参编专业书目7本。
