谢红光,医学博士,药理学教授,南京医科大学博士生导师。1995年于中南大学湘雅医学院获博士学位。1997年获美国默沙东(MSD)国际临床药理学奖学金,在美国范德堡(Vanderbilt)大学医学院临床药理学系接受博士后培训后留校继续从事临床药理学研究,曾先后在加州大学旧金山分校(UCSF)和美国联邦政府食品与药品管理局 (FDA) 学习与工作。201111月回国工作,应聘为南京医科大学药理学教授、博士生导师。现任南京市第一医院中心实验室主任,是江苏省特聘医学专家、江苏省药学会第一届药物基因组学专业委员会委员、江苏省心血管疾病临床医学研究中心之心 血管药物的临床药理学、药物基因组学与个体化治疗的临床和实验研究分中心主任、国际期刊Precision Medicine in Cardiology创始主编。

主要从事临床药理学、药物代谢与转运、药物基因组学、个体化药物治疗、种族药理学等方面的研究,是我国药物基因组学研究的早期领军学者之一和药物经济学的倡导与实践者。早年参与我国汉族和少数民族人群药物代谢能力差异及其机制的研究,获1999年度湖南省科学技术进步奖一等奖(排名第2)。曾先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目、国家人力资源和社会保障部出国留学回国人员资助项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目等多个研究课题,早年作为主创人员之一参与申请和承担国家自然科学基金重点项目1项。现已发表140多篇科研原著、社论、特邀专题评论、特约综述、综述和通讯等,论文总引用近3000次,其中他引2500多次。2016年合作主编、在美国出版英文专著Applying Pharmacogenomics in Therapeutics ,应聘为国家卫计委“十三五”暨全国高等医药教材研究会临床医学专业英文版规划教材《药理学》副主编(人民卫生出版社出版),Insights in Clinical Pharmacology Molecular Diagnosis & TherapyJournal of Geriatric Cardiology等杂志编委,国内外20多种学术期刊的同行审稿专家。
