3.个人简介：教授，博士，博士生导师，南京医科大学药学院副院长、医政学院互聘教授，公共卫生学院全球健康中心PI，入选省333高层次人才培养工程。兼任中国研究型医院学会药物经济学专委会常务委员、中国药品监管研究会药品监管史委员会委员、江苏省卫生经济学会常务理事、江苏省药学会药学服务专委会副主任委员、江苏省医疗保障研究会理事、江苏省药师协会常务理事、江苏省研究型医院学会精益化用药研究与转化专业委员会委员、南京药学会常务理事、SCI期刊International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy编委、SSCI期刊Frontiers in Public Health副主编、《医药导报》编委、《中国药物警戒》青年编委、《南京医科大学学报（社会科学版）》编委等。主持3项国家自然科学基金项目（管理学部），1项美国中华医学基金会卫生政策体系公开竞标项目（CMB-OC）、2项江苏省软科学项目和20余项政府、企业委托项目。以通讯作者在Journal of Global Health、International Journal of Cancer、International Journal for Equity in Health等发表学术论文80余篇，其中SCI/SSCI收录41篇。主编2部学术专著、1份研究报告获得副省长批示。指导研究生多次获得国家奖学金。
