    周学敏,教授,博导,国家自然科学基金评审专家,江苏省新药评审专家;江苏省科学研究系列高级职称评审委员,江苏省药物分析学会委员;全国医药院校药学/中药学实验教学中心联席委员会理事等。作为课题负责人获得国家各类新药证书和生产批件20余项。其中“国家二类胃动力新药盐酸依托必利的研究与推广” 获得年江苏省科技进步三等奖,第一获奖人;“国家级新药双氯酚酸钾凝胶剂研究” 获得南京市第二届城镇妇女科技创造发明成果二等奖, 第一获奖人;“盐酸伊托必利及制剂的研究和推广”获得南京市科技进步三等奖,第一获奖人。发表SCI论文40余篇, 累计影响因子154.09,总引854篇次,其中4篇SCI文章进入ESI学科被引量前3%。
