    陈宏山,博士,特聘教授,博士生导师。2007年复旦大学医学院心血管生物工程制药专业博士毕业。2008年至2016年,在美国爱因斯坦医学院从事细胞衰老与疾病表观遗传学及分子药理学研究。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在Molecular Cell、 Nature Structural and Molecular Biology 、Oncogene 、Cancer Research等国际知名杂志上发表多篇文章。2016年底作为高层次引进人才受聘于南京医科大学药学院江苏省心脑血管药物重点实验室(副主任)及药理系。现在研课题资助包括南京医科大学高层次引进人才启动基金,国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目(PARP-1调控衰老相关分泌表型(SASP)在动脉粥样硬化中的作用研究)。E-mail:hongshanchen@njmu.edu.cn

    核心技术
    1.本课题组具有专业生物信息学分析团队,熟练掌握大规模基因组学二代测序分析,医学数据库的深度挖掘,高通量大数据可视化图形处理与分析。
    2.细胞分子生物学,表观遗传学常规及前沿技术。
    3.整体疾病动物模型(心血管疾病与转移性肿瘤)的建立和实验评价。
    4.新型药物药理学研究和药效学评价。
